HTC One E9+ was launched in May 2015, and it comes with a 5.5-inch 1080p display. The phone has Mediatek MT6795M Helio X10 processor along with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB internal storage, and a MicroSD card slot for storage expansion. The HTC phones usually come with a good software with their own Sense UI but the problem with the phones and the company is that they don’t seem very strong with the software support later and thus, the software updates are not guaranteed.
The HTC One E9+ has a 20-megapixel rear camera and a 4-megapixel front-facing camera and there is a 2800 mAh battery in the phone. The sensors included are accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass. The dimensions of the phone include 156.5 x 76.5 x 7.5 mm and it weighs 150 gm. It is a Dual SIM phone with support for 4G connectivity.
HTC One E9+ runs Android 5.0 Lollipop OS. Lollipop is not the current latest version and it is before Marshmallow, so you cannot expect the company to release a Nougat update because the phone is still pending to get even a Marshmallow update, so the chances for the latest Android 7.0 update are very less. If at all the company chooses to give it a straight update from Lollipop to Nougat, we will update you in this same page, so keep subscribed and bookmark this page for future updates.
