Gionee P7 Max was launched in October 2016, and it comes with a 5.5-inch 720p display. The phone has MediaTek MT6595 octa-core 2.2 GHz processor along with 3 GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage, and a MicroSD card slot for storage expansion.
The Gionee P7 Max has a 13-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera and there is a 3100 mAh battery in the phone. The sensors included are Compass, Proximity sensor, Accelerometer and Gyroscope. The dimensions of the phone include 154 x 76.8 x 8.8 mm and it weighs 183 gm. It is a Dual SIM phone with support for 4G connectivity.
Gionee P7 Max runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS. Marshmallow is the current latest version of Android before Nougat, and thus it is expected that the phone might get the Android Nougat 7.0 update in the near future, though the company has not given any confirmation about the same.
